ARBITRATION NOTICE: The Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration section contains a mandatory arbitration provision and class‑action waiver requiring you and Timeless Integrative Health Clinic to resolve most disputes and claims through binding, individual arbitration rather than class arbitration, class action, representative proceeding, or jury trial.

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile sites, mobile applications, AI chatbot, and any other online services operated by Timeless Integrative Health Clinic (collectively, the “Service”). References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Timeless Integrative Health Clinic. By using the Service, purchasing products, or interacting with our staff or tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you access the Service as a licensed practitioner, reseller, or other professional partner, additional terms may apply to your account and activities (“Additional Terms”). Where a conflict exists, the applicable Additional Terms will control for that relationship or feature.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Changes to Terms and Service
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at our discretion.
Acceptance and Termination
Your use of the Service confirms your agreement to these Terms. If you do not accept all provisions, you must stop using the Service. You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. We are not liable for any losses resulting from suspension, modification, or termination of access.

If you have questions about your health, medications, or supplements, speak with a qualified clinician. Use of the Service does not create a physician‑patient or other professional relationship with Timeless Integrative Health Clinic.
Products sold through the Service are dietary supplements unless otherwise stated. Statements about products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product labeling and availability may vary by country.
Terms of Sale
Pricing and Availability: Prices and product availability on the Service may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
Shipping and Risk of Loss: Orders are shipped using standard carriers. Title and risk of loss pass to you when items are delivered to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after shipment.
Order Acceptance: An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may require verification of information before accepting an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments: Report damaged items or order discrepancies to Customer Service promptly and within any timeframes specified on the Service.
Returns and Refunds: Returns require prior authorization and must be received within the timeframe specified in our returns policy. Return authorizations must be clearly visible on the return shipment. Processing fees and return shipping costs may apply unless otherwise authorized.
Payment: Payment information is processed by third‑party payment processors. By placing an order you authorize transmission of payment details to those processors and represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
These Terms of Sale apply only to purchases made through this Service. Purchases from other sellers are governed by their terms.
Publicly Advertised Internet Sales
To protect product quality, customer service, and brand integrity, Timeless Integrative Health Clinic maintains policies governing online resale and advertised pricing. Authorized reseller arrangements and any restrictions on publicly advertised internet sales will be communicated to resellers and practitioners. Unauthorized public advertising or resale may result in suspension of purchasing privileges.
Affiliate Marketing Program
Where applicable, affiliates must comply with our Affiliate Terms and these Terms. We will designate eligible affiliates and provide program rules and requirements.
Additional Terms for Professional Accounts
Disease Claims: Practitioners and professional accounts must not present product information in a way that implies disease treatment or cures. Products should not be displayed within two clicks of disease claims. We reserve the right to review and require changes to practitioner websites or materials that violate regulatory requirements.
Use of Trademarks and Logos: Authorized professional accounts may use our trademarks and approved product images only as provided and in the form supplied. Use of our marks does not confer ownership. Trademark use must include appropriate attribution and comply with our brand guidelines.
Violations: Breach of professional account terms may result in written notice, suspension, or termination of purchasing privileges. We maintain a zero‑tolerance policy for repeated or material violations.
User Accounts and Security
Certain areas of the Service require a User ID and Password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend access if we suspect misuse or unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and Auto‑Renewal
Subscription products and services may include recurring charges. Unless you opt out, subscriptions will auto‑renew for successive terms at the then‑current rate. You may cancel or modify subscriptions through your account. You must keep billing information current. Continued use of a subscription constitutes authorization for recurring charges until cancellation is processed.
Intellectual Property and License
All content on the Service, including text, images, graphics, and software (the “Materials”), is owned by Timeless Integrative Health Clinic or its licensors. We grant you a limited, nontransferable license to access and use the Service for personal, noncommercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works, or otherwise exploit the Materials without our prior written permission.
User Submissions and Feedback
By submitting content, ideas, or feedback through the Service, you grant Timeless Integrative Health Clinic a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content for any purpose without compensation.
